I am a little behind in getting some of our family events posted...sorry. A couple of weeks ago Lexi's dance company had their annual dance showcase at Springville High School. It is always a fun event and it gives the girls a chance to preform some of the dances that they have been learning. The actual dance recital will take place in May, and let me just tell you how cute their dance costume is this year. You'll have to check back in May to see them for yourselves. As usual, we sat on the wrong side of the gym and so my pictures are not great. Lexi really enjoys being in front of a crowd and does not ever hesitate to show off. She did really well and we are very proud of her. Thanks to her dance teach Ali Marshall. She is really great with the girls and we really love her.

I think she should be on comp team next year so you can go to like five or more performances! You know you would love it!
No thanks Ang. If Lexi really wanted to I would consider it, but I really don't think she will. Ali is a great teacher and we love her, but I just don't think Lexi loves dance that much. I think I really need to have her try some other stuff this summer and see what she really likes. Maybe it will make her like dance more, maybe she'll find other interests. We'll just have to see. The only thing I know for sure is she loves being in front of a crowd.
