Recipe Exchange

I thought that it would be fun if everyone exchanged some recipes, so I'm going to start by posting one of my favorite recipes. I love this one because it is good for a large group, or a good one to make to surprise your neighbors with some goodies. I hope you'll try it. It's awesome, if I do say so myself!

Peanut Butter Brownies
2 1/2 Cups Sugar
2 Cups Flour
1/3 Cup Cocoa
1 tsp. Baking Powder
1/2 tsp. Salt
1 Cup Peanut Butter
2 Sticks (1 cup) Butter or Margarine (melted)
6 Eggs
2 tsp. Vanilla

Preheat oven to 350°. Mix dry ingredients then add remaining ingredients, stir by until smooth. Place on a greased cookies sheet (the size you would use for a sheet cake) and bake for 20 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean. Let brownies cool completely then spread a layer of peanut butter, then frosting (see below).

Frosting
3/4 stick Butter (Softened)
2 Tbs. Cocoa
1/4 Cup Milk
1 tsp. Vanilla
1/2 Bag Powdered Sugar (Keep adding powdered sugar until it is at the consistency that you prefer.)

Mix all frosting ingredients together thoroughly.

Just typing this recipe has made me want a brownie so bad! Hopefully we'll have time tomorrow to make some. Lexi loves to help me "make". She even told me once that I was the best "maker" she knows. I love my girl. Now I shared with you, so it's your turn. I'll be checking your blogs to see what yummy recipes you post.
