I don't know what exactly he was doing to get himself into this predicament, but I laughed and laughed and laughed. This bucket was full of warm water, that was once hot but thankfully had cooled, mixed with Mr. Clean. Needless to say, Rowen was Spring Scent for the rest of the day. I'm just glad he went in butt first & not head first.
While Rowen and I were cleaning our little hearts out, Lexi was at school. She came home like any other day, happy and hungry. At about 1:00 I get a phone call from Lexi's teacher. Yes, one of those calls. She out did herself today at being naughty at school and received 3 strikes! I hung up the phone and asked Lexi to come down stairs. She immediately turned on the water works because she knew she was in trouble. We talked about it and she was punished for the weekend. Which will probably a punishment for Mom too, but oh well. There has to be consequences. She also is going to have to apologize to her teacher, the teacher's assistant, and another student when she gets back to school on Monday. I hope she learns her lesson and this is the last phone call I get from a teacher.

Not my sweet Lexi! I dont believe it!! You didnt say what she did to get herself punnished!!
if you run out of things to clean I have a whole house for ya!
I agree with Jaime, you can come on over here , too. And, Oh my gosh Lexi has turned into one of those kids, a three striker! JK, don't worry about it. It happens to the best of them on a bad day! Way to hanled and not be one of those moms that doesn't think their child does anything wrong!
LOL - I'm glad to belong to the mom club and see that other moms are going through the same thing!
I've been on a cleaning frenzy too! Weird...but I love the way a clean house feels.
Lexi is way too young to be pulling the same shenanigans my Aileena does. I feel like we do nothing but get three strikes around here!!! Ugh!
I get like that too. I love to clean and there is always something to do with 4 kids. They are all home for spring break and I have been in one of those moods. Actually since we moved in 3 weeks ago I have not gotten out of the mood. I love cleaning my new house (since I have white tile and light carpet- it's probably a good thing). I have been sending them downstairs and letting them play outside and trying not to care, then just cleaning at night. It is harder then it sounds. I have never had one of those phone calls. I am just waiting for when Jeb starts school. :) have a great week!
