{Family Fun: Utes Season Opener '09}

This year the Utes played the Aggies of Utah State for the season opener. Our team had a few opening night jitters that we hope they work out before the next game, but they looked pretty good. We were all happy to see how much Utah State has improved this year. The last few times we played them I left feeling a little sad for Utah State...they were sooooo bad, but this year you could see how far they have come. Great Job Aggies!


We have had season tickets for years now, but this year we added a few more seats to our collection and were able to take our kids to the opening game. I was a little nervous because I didn't know if they would have fun, or if they would be bored. We were pleasantly surprised (and a little proud) at how well they did. They both cheered their little hearts out! They did not complain even once about being bored. They were a little tired by the end of the game, since it was only 3 hours past their bedtime.


I had to get one picture of us together all in our red. It was a fun night! I look forward to the years to come spending time with my family cheering on our team. GO UTES!!!


I had to do a little entertaining before the end of the game with the kids. They had a fun time taking pictures with mom. Rowen had to hold my face in every picture. It was so funny. He has always had a thing for my chubby cheeks.
